According to the petitioner, its rnembers are absolute owners and possessors of land admeasuring Acs.l00-00 gts in Sy.Nos.524, 525, 526, 527, 528, 529, 53 5, 536, 537, 538, 5 42 and 553, situated at Nadergul Village, Balapur Mandal, Rangareddy District. The said property is mentioned in the list of prohibited properties Therefore, petitioner has issued legal notice dated 19.07.2024 to respondent Nos.2 to 8 with a request to delete the subject property from the list of prohibited properties. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said legal notice, respondent Nos.2 to 8 did not act upon the same. 3. Though the petitioner is claiming that its members are owners and possessors of Acs.100-00 gts in the albresaid survey numbers, it has not filed any document. It has issuel legal nc,tice dated 19.07..2.024 to respondent Nos.2 to 8 with z l.lrquest to delcte the subject propefty fiom thc list of prohibited prop;r1ics. It has not hied proof of service of the said legal notice lron respontlent Nos.2 to 8.

[n facr, the members of petitioner have to submit online application in tenns of Schedule-A of the Telangarra Bhu Bharati (Ilecord of Itights in Land) Rules, 2025 (for shorr, 't-re Rules'), and based on the market value as specified in Schedule-B of thc Rules to respondent No.4-District Collector along with all thc rele,zant documents ard rt is for the rcspondent No.4 to considcr and dispose it of in accordancc with law.
5. ln the light of the said submission, this writ peti ion is disposed of, granting liberty to the members of the petitioner to submit online application eithcr collectively or individually to the rt:si:ondent No.4 along rvith all the relevant documents with a specific roc uest to delete the subject property liorn the list of prohibited propr:rties and on receipt of the said online application, respondent No.4 t;hall consrder ryP ) and dispose it of strictly in accordance with the procedure laid down under law.
