Brief facts stated in this writ petition are that petitioner claims to be owncr and possessor of land admeasuring to an extent of Ac.3-0750 gts in Sy No.307 / AA/1,/7/1, 324/ A/1, 596/AA, situated at Nagulavancha Village, Chinthakani Mandal, Khammam District, having acquired the same through registerecl sale deed bearing documcnt No.123 of 2022. Thercafter, petitioner's name was mutated in the revenue recorcls and pattadar pass book was also issued and the petitioner is in peaceful possession of the subiect property. The case of the petitioner is that respondcnt Nos.7 to 9 approachetl the petitioner and demanded to sell the subiect lancl and when the petitioner denicd to sell 2 the same, respondent Nos.7 to 9 with an intention to grab the su bject lancl trespassed and created panic situation and tried to ki[ the petitioner and his wifc- Hence, the petitioner on 25.08.2025 made representations and requested responclent authorities to protect his life as well as his propcrtY frorn illegal activitics of respondent Nos.7 to 9. However, till date respondcnt authorities neithcr providecl police prijtoc'tion to the petitioner nor to the sub;ect land. Aggrieved by the same, this writ petition is filed. f. Learned Assistant Government pleader for Home aprpearing for responclcnts Nos.1 to 6 on instructions submits that thc petitioner's in his reprcscntation dated 25.08.2025, requested the rcspondent authorities to provide policc protection kr him as well as to thc subiect land.
