2. Heard Sri V. Rajashekar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government pleader for Services_Ill fr-rr respondent No 1 , learned Government pleader for Services-Il for respondent Nos.2 and 3, and perused the record. d 3' Learned counsel ror the petitioners submits that the petitioners were appointed in Horticulture Department pursuant to the Notification dated 02.0g.2004. It is their grievance that they made number of requests to the respondents seeking to extend the benefit of Old Pension Scheme under the Telangana Revised pension Rules, 1980 to them, but so far no action has been taken on such requests. Therefore, petitioners seek induigence of this court to direct the respondents to consider their requests in the light of the orders passed by the Division Bench of this court in w.p.No.22559 of 2023 and batch dated 19.O3.2O25.
