S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Flevenue appearing for the respondent Nos.l to 4 and perused the r:raterial on record.

Learned counsel for thc petitioner submits that the petitioner filed the present Writ Petition seeking to declare the action of the respondent l\los.l t<-r 4 in refusing to mutate the narne of the petitioner in the revenue records in respect of the agricultural lands 1n Sy.No.417 (old Sy.No.58) admeasuring Ac.3-38 guntas, 1n Sy.No.414 (old Sy.No.12) admeasuring Ac.3-04 guntas, in Sy.No.1369 (otd Sy.No.570) admeasuring Ac.2-11 guntas, all situated at Papakolu Village, Julurupadu Mandal, Bhadradri-Kothagudem 2 District (for brevity, "subject property,,) and in not issuing the e_ pattadar passbook and titre deed pertaining to the subject property in favour of the petitioner, despite submission-of representations and online applications to the respondents, as ilegar ancl arbitrary. 3. Learned counsei for the petitioner further submits trr.i subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition, the Telangana Bhu tsharati (Record of Rights in Lands) Act, 2o2s (for brevity, ,.the Act,2025), came into force and the Bhu Bharati portar is functioning accordingly. Further, in spite of rapse of more than three and harf years, the respondent authorities have not filed counter crenying thc averments made by the petitioner in the writ affidavit. In vierv of the same' learned counsel requested this court to allow the writ petition by granting liberty to the petitioner to make a fresh online application through the Bhu-Bharati portar as per the Act, 2o2s and the Rules made thereunder a,d consequently direct the respondent authorities to pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 4 submits that they have no objection if the petitioner makes a fresh apprication as per the existing Rules i.e., through the Bhu-Bharati portal under the Act, 2025 and the Rules made thereunder and upon such application, the respondent_ //uuthorities rvilr consider the same and pass appropriate orders as per J I i existing Rules in accordance with law In view of the same, learned Assistant Government pleader requested this Court to pass appropriate orders. 5' In vir-'w of the submissions made on either side, without going into meritr; of the case, this writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to ':he petitioner to make a fresh apprication through the online Bhu:-Bharati portal for mutation of entries in the revenue records as per the Act, 2o2s and the Rules made thereunder. on receipt of sttch application, the respondent authorities are directed to pass approlrriate orders thereon, as expeditiousry as possible, in accordance 'with ,aw.
