2. Heard, learrred counsel for the petitioners ald learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of responclent Nos.l to 6. With their consent, this r'vrit petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent I'los.7 to 11 is hereby dispensed with.

The facts of the case in brief as stzrt'ed are that petitioner got marriecl to one Vadthya Phool Singh in the year 20O 1' Earlier, the said Vadthya Phool Singh got married to one Mrs.Chandrakala and blesscd with two children uiz', Rathan Singh i.e., respondent No.B hereir-r and one daughter uiz', Pavant' Thereafter, Mrs.Chandral<a1a died on 12'12'2OOO, as such petitioner got marrietl to said, Vadthya Phool Singh and they were blessed with one daughter and two sons' Thereafter, the said Vadthya Phool Singh becarne wolnanizer and started roaming rvith other ladies. The petitioner lodged a complaint against her husband and respondent No.B. Accorclingly, they developed grudge against the petitioner and hatched a plan to grab her properties and. also injected drugs to her daughter and respondent No.7 also raped petitioner's daughter and captured nude photos and videos and detained her illegally' In that regard, petitioner made representation to respondent No'3 on / /

26.O8.2025 re<luesting to take necessary action against respondent Nos.7 to 11. However, respondent No.3 did not initiate any action on respondent Nos.7 to 11. euestioning the same, the prerierrt writ petition is filed.
4. Thouglh various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to resp.ndent authorities to dispose of th.e petitioners, representation dated 26.O8.2025 in a time bound period. 1 \ ,,
