2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 to 6. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent No.7 is hereby dispensed with.

The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner claims to be absolute owner and possessor of land to an extent of Ac.2-13 gts., in Sy.No. IO4 /A which is situated at Torrur Village, AbdullapurrffeFMandal, Ranga Reddy District and has been 2 cultivating tLre same without aly interruption from anybody in the village acqlrired from its law{ul owner uiz,., S.Lakshmamma for a valuratrle sale consideration, however, the said S.Lakshmamma has not executed the sale deed. As such, petitioner approached Junior Civil Judge Court, Hayathnagar and filed a suit lor specific performance which has been decreed in favour of pet.itioner, As such pattadar passbooks were issued in the name ,rf petitioner. It is further submitted that respondent Nos.7 and B approached the petitioner and demanded her to sell her land for a,:heaper rate, which was denied by the petitioner due to which. respondent Nos.7 and 8 developed grudge against petitioner and hatched a plan to grab the petitioner's lald. Accordingly, tlrey have been interfering with the petitioner's peaceful possession and also attacked the petitioner. In that regard, petitioner made representation to respondent No.6 on

23.06.2025 requesting to provide police protection to petitioner's life and liberty. Since, no action is forthcoming, petitioner has filed the present writ petition.

4. Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a J directiontorespondentauthoritiestodisposeofthepetitioners' representation dated 23.06.2025 in a time bound period'

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 6 submits that if the said representation is still pending for consideration' the be directed to disPose of the dated 23.06.2025 and Pass respondent authorities maY petitioner's rePresentation, appropriate orders in accordance with law'

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to act upon the petitioneis representation, dated 23.06.2025 and also provide police protection to petitionels life whenever there is a need and necessity as per the request of the petitioner'

7. Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of' Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shal1 stand closed.
