2. .Petitioner has su:bmitted an application dated 11.08.2025 to respondent Nos.2 to 6 with a request to fumish Certified copies of de-notification proceedings and related orders pertaining to Sy.No.18l of Nagaram Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Rangareddy District through registered post with acknowledgment due. In proof of the same, he has filed copy of the said repres,:ntation and postal tracking report. Despite receiving and ackno'wledging the said application, respondent No.6 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent No.6, the petitioner filed the present writ petition,

Whereas, Rule I I of the Telangana Bhu-Bharathi (Record of Rights in tand) Act, 2015 deals with Certified copies of record of 2 rights and other public documents, it is relevant and the same is extracted below:- (, The Competent Authority, soon aftzr preparation ard updation of Record of Rights, shall make such Record of Righti available tn the Bhu-Bharathi pornl and shall be made accessible to the public. (iil Any person desirous of obtaining certified copy of Record of Rights or any other public documents, tnoy malce an application through onltne in the form made available in Bhu- Bharathi portal and pay requisite fees as prescribed in the Schedule-B. (iii) The Taluildar, shall issue certified copy or an extr(rct of Record of Rtghts and other public documents digitally signed by him in accordance with the provisions of Section 75 of the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhinivam, 2023 and sections 4 and 5 of the Inftrmation Technology Act, 2000 (Central Act No.47 of 202s).

In the light of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed o{, directing respondent No.6 consider the application dated I1.08.2025, submitted by the petitioner to furnish Certified copy as sought by him. tf, respondent No.6 is not 3 inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, he shall pass i a reas)nd order, communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner. He shall complete the said exercise within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.
