The petitioner prays for cancellation of the said tender notilication and issuance of a fresh notification.

3. l,errned counsel for the petitioner made submissions on the lines of 'vrit affidavit and requested this Court to direct respon{ent 2 Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated Ot.Og.2025 as expeditiously as possible.

4. -, Learned Senior Counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 5 sul,mits that if the said petitioner's representation is still pending consideration; respondent Nos.2 and 3 may be directed to consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

In vieu'of the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated O1.O9.2O25 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of one (O1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner. Till disposal of the said representation, the respondents are directed not to take any coercive action againsi the petitioner. No costs.
