To shorv that petitioners herein are the absolute owners and posscssors of land adnrcasuring Ac.0.20 guntas in Sy.No.2O4lA, Ac.0.20 guntas rn Sy.No.204iluu, Ac.2.28 guntas 1 Sy.No.204lLu, Ac. l.l4 guntas in Sy.No.204lA/1.,Ac.0. l0 guntas in Sy.No.204lEE, Ac.0.05 guntas in Sy.No.204lA/4, Ac.0.l0 guntas in Sy.No.204/E, Ac.0.05 guntas in Sy.No.204lA/3, Ac.O. l0 guntas 1n Sy.No.204/UU and Ac. 1.04 in Sy.No.204lA/2, total admeasuring Ac.7.0(r guntas, situated at Gumdal Village, Doma Mandal, Vikarabad District, they have filed copies of latest pattadar passbooks and titlc deeds. They lrave also filed a suit in O.S.No.7 of 2024 against respondent Nos.5 to l3 for perpetual injunction. The said suit is pending. There ts no temporary injunction. Even then, at the instance ol respondent Nos.5 to 13, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are intcrtbring with the possession of the 2 petitioners over the subject property without following due procedure laid down under law. Clhatlenging the said action of respondent Nos.i and 4, petitioners flled the present Writ Petition

3. [t is also contended by the petitioners that Srnt. .1.l-avanya and 3 others filed a writ petition lrde W.P.No.l6i74 ol 2023 against revenue authorities to declare the action ol Mandal Surveyor. Dorna Mandal, Vikarabad District, ln intending to corrduct survey ot'F'lL land adrneasuring Acs.2.28 guntas situaied tn Sy.No.204 ol' Gundal Village, Doma Mandal, Vikarabad District, in spite ol objections subrnitted by them as illegat. 4. Whereas, learned Assistant Govemment Pleader lor Revenue and learned Assistant Govemment Pleader lor Home, instructions, would submit that respondent Nos.3 and 4 will lbtlow the due procedure laid dorvn under law belore taking any action against the petitioners herein.

5. In the light of the said discussion, notice to respondent Nos.5 to l3 is dispensed rvith. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.3 and 4 not to interfere with the 3 possession ol the petitioners over the aforesaid property without following due procedure laid down under law. However, this order will not preclude respondent Nos.3 and 4 to take action against the petitioners by fbllowing rlue proccdure laid down under lau,, in thc event of any violation. Liberly is also grar.rted to the petitioners to pursue the aloresaid suit.
