Heard Sri V.Rajashekar Reddy, Iearned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Services-Ill for respondent Nos.1 and 4, Iearned Government Pleader for Services-I for respondent No.2, Sri T.Venkat Reddy, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent No.3, and perused the record

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were appointed as Assistant Professors in respondent No.3 University pursuant to the Notification issued by the respondent Universit5z vide Notification No.2/2O03 dated 10.10.2003. It is their t] , grievance that they made number of requests to the respondents I seeking to extend the benefit of Old Pension Scheme under the Telangana Revised Pension Rules, 1980 to them, but so far no action has been taken on such requests. Therefore, petitioners seek indulgence of this Court to direct the respondents to consider their 2 requests in the light of the orders passed by th ' Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.22559 of 2023 and batch dalt d 19.O3.2025.
