In light of thc submissions m:rcle by both lcarned counscl and upon pcrusal ol the m:rtcrial avaiiable on record, it is noted that there arc gravc allegations against the petilioner regarding the misappropriation of a substantial amount and that thc pctitioncr hzrs alrc:rdy rcpzrid a major portion of thc misuscd funds, amounling to Rs.2,52,07 ,9O2 / , thereby admitting his guilt. Thercfore, it cannot be said that the petitioner is innoccr-rt or falsely' implicated. Considering the gravity of the allegations and thc ongoing stage of invesligation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioncr.
