Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the issue involved in this writ petition is squareiy covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.16310 of 2Ol9 and batch dated 1L.Ol .2023 and also recent Judgment of thc Hon'ble Supreme Court in K.Gopi Vs The Sub- Registrarl and requested to pass similar order in this writ petition.

19. tn the light of the above, this Court is unhesirant to hold that lhe respondcnl reglsrering authorities are nor ent tied :o refuse ,,/ /,./ ,4. 3 I ; I i i I i i I I registration of a document on lhe ground that the link document refcrred to in the respectrve documcnt ts a validated docllment or to refuse registration of such document by placing reliance on endorsernent, dated 02.01.2008, issued b]' the Commissioner and Inspector General of Stamps and Registration. Accordingly, the irnpugned orders in the rcspectivc writ Pctitions are set aside and Wnt i'etitions are allou,ed u'ith a lurther direclion to rhe respondent registcrine authorities to receive the rcturncd documents and to process the same subject to the condition of the said documents cornplying rvith the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the [ndiztn Stamp Act,
5. ln K.Gopi's case (supra 1), the Hon'ble Supreme Court heid as under: "The registcrrng ofltcer is not concerned ,'vith ttre titte held by the execulant. He has no adjudicatorr, pou'er to decide whether the cxecLltant has air-\' title. Llt'en if an cxecutant cxecutes a salc deed or a lease in respect of a land in respccl of u'hrch he has no title, lhe registering oflicer cannot refuse to register thc document if all the proccclural compliances are made and the necessary st-amp duty as rvell as registration charges/fee are paid. We may note here that under the scheme of the 19C8 Act, it is not the function of the Sub-Registrar or Registering Authority to ascertarn u'hether the vendor has title to the propert-v rvhich he is seeking to transfer. Once the registering authority is satisfied that the parties to thc document are present belore him and the parties admit execution thereof belore him, subject to making procedural compliances as narrated above, the documenl must be registered, 'lhe execution and registrarion of a document have the effect of transferring only those rights, if any, that the executant possesses. If the excclrtant has no right, title, or interest in the property, the registereci document cannot effect any transler'
6. In view of the order in W.P.No. 163 1O of 2Ol9 and batch dated 11.O1.2C23 and also the Judgment of the Hon'ble I I 4 i::i Supreme Court in K.
