2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 and 3 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal ,Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 have been filed seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise.
