Petitioner herein is claiming that he is the absolute owner and possessor of plot bearing No 22O admeasuring 200 sq yards in Sy.Nos.1 16 to 118 and 136 to 143, situated at Puppalaguda Village, Gandipet Mandal, Manikonda Municipality, Ranga Reddy District, on the strength of registered sale deed bearing Document No.l02 12 ol 2022, dated 24'08'2022' The 3'r respondent has issued notice under Section 7 of the La-n d Encroachment Act, III of l g05 stating that petitioner encroached the land admeasuring 200 sq.-\,arcls in Sy.No. 146 and seven (07) days time r'r'as granted to the petitioner to submit his explanation. Petitioner has submitted his explanation ot 29 .Ol '2025 ' On consideration of the said the 3"t explanation, vide proceedings dated 22 OB '2025 ' respondent directed the petitioner to vacate the said property' Challenging the said proceedings, the petitioner tiled W.P.No.26338 of 2025. A Circular was .ssued bv CCLA vide Rc.No.N2/ 1711llO, dated 18.05.2O1O stating that conducting ol' sur-vel' irt rcspcct of the residenti: I plots and also plo ts tn Muni<:ipal arca is not permissible. Ior,r,ever, having received the said F-Linc application along with F s.295/ towards lee, the 3rd rcspondcnt should have informed tl r, said fact to the petitioner herein instead o[ keeping it pending.

In the light ol the same, the Writ Petitirr I is disposed of dirccting thc 3r(t responclent to consider the rforesaid F-Line application subn-rittcd by the petitioner and thc -equest made by the petitioner and i[ he is not inclined to accept he request made by thc petitioner, he shall assign specific reasonri pass a reasoned order and cornmunicatc tl're cop_v of the same to hc petitioner.
