ORDER:
Heard both the sides. Having regard to the facts and circumstances and especially in view of the fact that the matter pertains to matrimonial and in view of the findings arrived at by the Court below, it is felt very desirable that the matter be referred for conciliation to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Authority, Hyderabad. Office is directed to place the matter before the said Authority to take necessary steps after giving notice to both the sides and their respective counsel for conciliation, and report back the matter. Post after receipt of the report.
