Ms. Nikita Goenka, learned counsel for pctitioner submits that in similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 2Ol2l of 2025, this Court by order dt. 14.07.2025 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, requested this Court to pass similar order in this Writ Petition also. 2

4. Recently, the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kumar Baddtga o. U.P. Auas Euam Vikas parishad.). in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition r. t he directives issued in Re: Directions in the matter of demolitiort of sttuctures. Since the prayer of petitioner in this writ petitir.n is to receive her erpplication and release individual service (., .n(.(.tion, this Court, without going into the merits of the matl.cr., directs the I 2024 SCC Online sc 1767 - 3 respondents to receive the application of petitioner and release individual service connection to the subject property of the petitioner, subject to the petitioner complying with the directions issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in RaJend.ra Kumar Barjatga's case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.
