3. Learned counsel fbr the petitioner submitted that the injunction order dated 06.05.2025 was passed by the trial court on being informed about the order dated 23.01.2025 in R.A. No. I of 201 I in C.A. No.38 of 2006 passed by respondent No.2. The order dated 23.01.2025 vacating the earlier exparte injunction order was not passed on merits. The trial Court was solely influenced by the order dated 23.01 .2025 passed by respondent No.2, howei,er, I.A. Nos.92 and 93 of 2025 are still pending and coming up lor hearing on l7 .12 202s

In the light ofthe above contentions, taking note of the fact that the suit was fllcd for declaration ol title, perpetual injunction and to declare the agreement of sale-cum-general power of attomey bearing docurncnt No.5707 o12006 dated 28-12.2006 and sale deods as null and void. in thc opinion of this court, it rvould be appropriate and in the interest of natural justice, to direct the trial Court to dispose of the I.A. Nos.92 and 93 of 2025 in O.S. No.22 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible.

5. Accordingty, this writ petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the I.A. Nos.92 and 93 of 2025 in O.S.
