3. Heard Sri P.Venkateswar Rao, learned counsel for the pctitioner; Sri P.Sathish Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondent Nos. 1 to 4; and learned Government pleader for Services-I for respondent No.5.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while the petitioner was working as a Driver, he was sent for medical examination oo 23.09.2023, wherein he was declared as unfit to the post of Driver A1 category and issued a certificate to that extent vide proceeding No.P2la68(1)/2O23-SRpf dated 22.O9.2023. Subsequently, the respondent No.2 is provided 2 PK,J wp 27295 2025 alternative employment to the petitioner as Conduc District vide proceeding No.p2l668 (Oll /2O22_RM_ respondent No.2 b5, imposing a condition that h,s be maintained in the category of Conductor fr: reporting as Conductor in Nalgonda Region, whicf the Section 2O of the Rights of persons with Dise.l and also as per Section 47 of the Old Act, persons r (Equal opportunities, protcction of Rights and Fr.l Act, 1995.
