Leamed counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No. 3, the Station House Officer, Yerupalam Police Station, is interfering in civil disputes and attempting to execute the preliminary decree passed in O.S. No. 108 of. 20L4, whidh -is 2 pending before the C-ourt of the learned Seruor Cvil Judge, Satupally, in respect of the schedule properries.
