LAKSHMAN ORAL ORDER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4.

Petitioners herein are claiming that they are the absolute owners and possessors of the land admeasuring Ac.0-16 guntas each in Sy.Nos.4 6l N I and 461 N3 respectively, situated at Ramanthapur Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District on the strength of a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.5839 of 2019, dated 20.05.2019. They filed F-line applications bearing Nos.DER0220501156431 and DER022501156440, dated

01.04.2025 with a request to conduct sub-division survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing the boundaries to the respondents. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F- Line applications, the respondents did not act upon the same. --4-' 2 Aggrieved by the said inaction of the respondents, the present writ petition is filed. 3- Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that the concerned Assistant Director will consider the said F-line applications submitted by the petitioners and conduct sub-division survey and demarcate the subject property by f,rxing the boundaries, strictly in accordance with law. i I I

L'ide order dated 23.08.2022 in W.P.No.3Z785 of 2022, this Corrt on consideration of the circulars issued by the Chief commissioner of Land Administration (ccLA) with regard to conducting sub-division survey, directed the Survey Authorities to conduct sub-division survey. The /rs involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the aforesaid order.

5. In the light of the same, this writ petition is disposed of with the following directions: \-- t \ 3 i) The concerned Assistant Director is directed to take up the F-line applications bearing Nos. DER0220501 1 56431 and D8R022501156440, dated

01.04.2025 submitted by the petitioners for conducting sub-division survey and demarcation by fixing the boundaries of the subject property i.e.,land admeasuring Ac.0-16 guntas each in Sy.Nos.46/Nl and 461N3 respectively, situated at Ramanthapur Village, Shankarpally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District; ii) ln case, if he is of the view that sub-division of survey numbers is required to be done and any further fees is required to be paid by the petitioners in terms of the circulars referred in the aforesaid order in W.P.No.32785 of 2022, the same shatl be intimated to the petitioners and on receipt of such intimation from him, the petitioners shall pay such fees as may be required by the concerned Assistant Director; iii) On such payment of fees by the petitioners, he shall take further steps for taking up the survey as requested by the petitioners and conclude the same in accordance with law by putting all the concerned persons on notice; and iv) The entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the \ tI t- , :,. .,:.-i.'t 4 i: Ct date of receipt of a copy of this order.
