S.Sravanthi, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Stamps and Registration appearing for the respondents and perused the materia-l on record With their consent, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

Aggrieved by the action of respondent No.2 in not receiving and registering the sale deed in pursuance to slot booking Application No.25OO627588, dated 29.08.2025 to be registered on 02.O9.2025 pertaining to land in Sy.No. l15 l3 admeasuring Ac,0-02000 guntas, Sy.No. l2l /aa admeasuring Ac.O-O8000 guntas, Sy.No. llL /5 /3 admeasuring Ac.O-O2000 guntas, Sy.No. l2llaa admeasuring Ac.0-08OOO guntas and 1n 1n 1n Sy.No. lll/414 admeasuring Ac.O-030 guntas, totaling to an extent of Ac.1-O0 guntas in Pegdapalle Village of Bodhan Mandal, Nizamabad District with the petitioner No.2, the petitioners filed the present writ petition. r:.:,'. ) 3. The Assistant Government pleader for Stamps and Registratlon has stated that the respondents will follow the procedurr: and release the document or they will pass orders as per Section 71 of the Registration Act, 19Og (for short, 'thr: Acr, 1908).

Section 71 of the Act, 190g, reads as follows: R,)asons for refusal to register to be recorclccl._ (1) Evcry Sub-Registrar refusing to rcgister a document, except on the ground that thc propcrty to which it relates is not situated within his sub_ district shall make an order of refusal and recorded his reasons for such order in his Book No.2, and er: dorse the words ,,registration refused,' on the dccument; and, on application made by anv person executing or claiming under the documer.rt, shall, without payment and unnecessary delay, give him a r:opy of the reasons so recorded. (2) No registering officcr shall accept for rcgistration a locument so endorsed unless and un ttl, under tht: provisions hereinafter contained, the document is,lirecred to be registered. 5 In view of the aforesaid submissions coupled with the provision under Section 71 of the Act, 190g and on perusing the entire materiai on record, this u.rit petition is \ ::3: : disposed of directing the Registering Authority to consider the Application No.2500627588 dated 29.08.2025 and register the subject document presented by the petitioners within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to the petitioners complying with the provisions of the Act, 19O8 as well as the Indian Stamp Act,

It wilt be open to the Registering Authority to refuse the document presented before him, if he has any objection, by duly assigning reasons in support of such decision and communicate the said decision to the petitioners. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case as to the entitlement of the petitioners to get the subject document registered. There shall be no order as to costs.
