Petitioner herein is claiming that it is the absolute owner and possessor of rand admeasuring Acs.65.2g guntas in various survey numbers, situated at Shabhashpaly vilrage, Shivvampet Mandal, Medak District. The details of the extents and survey numbers of the subject property ile specificalry mentioned in a tabular form of paragraph No.3 of the writ affidavit. It is in possession of the subject property. There is a factory in the said premises and petitioner has been running the same since 45 years. Even then, on the request r*ade by respondent No.6, Deputy Inspector of Survey, Office of respondent No.3, has issued notice dated 13.0g.2025 prpposed to conduct survey on 23.0g.2025 in respect of the rand in \ \ a .,! -E Sy.No.23 3 of Shabhashpally Village. The said Deputy Inspector of Survey, Office of respondent No.3, came to the site on 2'.r.08.2025 and tried to conduct survey but petitioner resisted the same. Then, Deputy Inspector of Survey, Office of respondent No.3, informed the officials of the petitioner stating that they will come again in the second week of Septemb etr,2025 and conduct survey.

It irs the specific contention of the petitioner is that the Deputy .[nspector of Survey, Office of respondent No.3, proposed to conduct survey on23.08.2025 without putting the petitioner on notice and affording it an opportunity Challeng ing the said action of Deputy Inspector of Survey, Office o1: respondent No.3, petitioner filed the present writ D petition. \

Leru:red Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, would submit that petitioner has to submit a objections, along with all the relevant documents, to Deputy ....ffr .:i'; . ;!-,. l .; : ; =l 7" (- To, Inspector of Survey, Office of respondent No.3, and he will consider the same and take action in accordance with law. 5 In the light of the same, notice to respondent No.6 is dispensed with. This Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit objections, along with all the relevant documents, to Deputy Inspector of Survey, Office of respondent No.3, within one (1) week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On receipt of the said objections, Deputy Inspector of Survey, Office of respondent Nq.3, shall consider the same. Thereafter, he can conduct suryey by putting the petitioner, respondent No.6 and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. Till then, Deputy Inspector of Survey, Office of respondent No.3, shall not proceed further pursuant to notice dated L3.08.2025. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
