LAKSHMAN WRIT PETITION No.27051 o t ZLZl ORAL ORD ER: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms.T.Swetcha, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.l to 4. 2- According to the petitioner, his grandmother was the absolute owner and possessor of the land admeasuring Ac.ll-39 guntas in Sy-No.422, situated at Thimmapur village, yeravalli Mandal, Jogulamba Gadwal District. Even then, respondent Nos.6 to 14 have submitted online applications bearing Nos.LAG25ooo07202 and LAG2500oo72oo to respondent No.3, with a request to mutate their names and issue E-Pattadar passbooks in respect of the said property. They are also trying to obtain conversion proceedings converting the subject land from agriculture to non-agriculfure. Therefore, the petitioner has submitted objections vide representation dated 14-08.2025 to respondent Nos.2 to 5. Despite receiving and a acknowledging the said objections, respondent Nos.2 to 5 did not act \ upon the same and are proceeding fuither to consider the online applications submitted by respondent Nos.6 to 14. 3. Though the petitioner is claiming that his grandmother was the absohrte owner and possessor of the aforesaid property, he has not filed rmy documents, including the old pattadar passbook. He has only filed pahanies for a few years. However, having received the said objections submitted by the petitioner, respondent Nos.2 to 5, should have considered it instead of keeping it pending.
4. ln the light of the aforesaid discussion, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing respondent Nos.2 to 5 to consider the objectic,ns submitted by the petitioner vide representation dated
14.08.2t)25, along with the online applications bearing Nos.LAG2500007202 and LAG2500007200, said to have been submitted by respondent Nos.6 to 14, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 to 14 on notice and affording; thern an opportunity.
