The Court made the following: GOMMON ORDER I l I THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE TIRUMALA DEVIEADA l.A.Nos.3 and 4 ot 2025 in/and CRIMINAL PETITION No.l1720 ot 2O25 COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos'l to 7 under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking to quash the proceedings against him in C.C.No.6179 of 2022 on the file of XV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, registered for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 498-4, 406 and 506 of lndian Penal Code, 1860 (for short'lPC') and Sections 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 (for short'DP Act) r/w. Section 156 (3) of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short'Cr.P.C.')
2. lt is submitted by learned counsel appearing for the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7 as well as respondent No.2lde facto complainant that during pendency of the present Criminal Petition, the parties have compromised the matter and accordingly, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 have been filed seeking permission to compound the offences and to compromise the proceedings in the above CC.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has opposed the said compromise petitions. 2 ETD. J i Crlp_l I 720_2025
4. Perused the affidavits filed by the de facto complainant in l.A.Nos.3 ,n! 4 of 2025 which disclose that she has willingly consented for compromise. Since the parties were willing to enter into compromise, they were given a chance to settle the matter by appearing along with their respective counsel before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana vide orders dated 10.09.2025 passed by this Court. The Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee shall identify the parties and submit a report to that effect.

Pursuant to the above said direction issued by this Court, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the High Court Legal Services Committee for the State of Telangana and the Secretary of the above said Authority identified the parties and submitted a report dated 19.09.2025 stating that the parties were identified and they have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise as per the terms of compromise.
6. ln view of the above, l.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in C.C.No.6179 of 2022 on the file of XV Additional Chief Mg[r@olitan Magistrate at Hyderabad, iegistered against the 3 ETD, J Crlp_l I 720_2025 I ! i petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7, are hereby quashed subject to the petitioners/accused Nos.1 to 7 paying an amount of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Director, Sainik Welfare, Hyderabad (Savings A/c.No.52188926279, State Bank of lndia, Shantinagar Branch (20070), IFSC Code:S81N0020070, MICR No.500004057)'and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) to the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, High Court for the State of Telangana, Hyderabad, within a period of three (03) weeks from today and file proof of the same before the Registry.
