Petition Under Rule I of The Companies (court) rules 1959 read with order XLI rule 27 of CPC, 1908 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased (a) Permit the Appellant/Petitioner herein to file the additional documents i.e., copies of the (a) the Statement depicting the payment of VAT, (b) VAT Returns along with E-Acknowledgment, the D.D. and Challans for the month of February 2009 and March 2009 of the financial year of 2009-2010 and from April 2010 to September 2010 filed herewith on behalf of the Petitioner as Annexures -'1 to 57 as per the list enclosed showing the proof of payment of VAT in the interest of justice or else the Appellant/Petitioner shall be prejudiced and shall be put to irreparable loss and injury.
