Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5; learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearir-rg on behalf of respondent Nos.6 to B and Mr.l(.Pradeep l(umar Reddy, learned standing counscl for respondent No.9. With their consent, this writ petition is taken up for disposal. Notice to respondent Nos. 10 to 1 5 is dispensed with.

3. The facts of the case in brief as stated are that petitioner claims to be or.t,ner ol subject land purchased ulde registered sale deed No.2503/2022 dated 19.O9.2022. It is submitted that respcndent Nos. 10 to 14 are trying to interfere into the petitioners possession, as such petitioner filed a suit in O.S.No.402 of 2022 on the file ol Junior Civil Judge, Pargi, Vikarabad District. The trial Court granted interim injunction uide order dated 28.10 .2022 in I.A.No. l179 /2022 restraining respondent Nos. 10 to l4 from interfering into the petitioner's possession. In violation of Court orders, the unofficial respondents are burying dead bodies in the petitioner's subject land.
