2. Heard Mr.J.Prabhakar, learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of Mr.Vimal varma vasireddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Gove.:nment Pleader for Home appearing on behalf of respondents. with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for: disposal.

The facts of the case in brief as stated are that one Prave,:n sonamaina, Police constable of cyber crime police station, siddipet gave a complaint stating that while he was nlonitoring social media account on L6.o3.2o2s, he found a post made ,by KCVp_Telangana in twitter, wherein some persons posted a video containing an otd man Bbusing Hon'ble chief Minister for the state of Telangana using derogatory comments. As such he requested higher officials to take legal action against the person posting such ,lerogatory posts. Based on the said complaint, respondent No.3 registered FIR No.6 of 2o2s on the file of cyber crime Police station, Siddipet under sections 192, 353(1)(r), 352, 356 read with 6t(2) of BNS and section 6z of Information and Technologr Amendment Act, 2OOg, and that th': petitioner is not arrayed as accused either in the .t^./ i-. J complaint or in the FIR. It is further submitted that petitioner is in no way connected with alleged offences and to the alleged Post in t',rritter. Respondent No.3 issued notice uporl K2 Data and Analytics Private Limited under Section 94ll79 of BNSS to appear before reSpondent No.3. On investigation, it is noticed that K2 Data & Analytics Private Limited is having access to the alleged twitter account. Thereafter, petitioner, who is working as Admin in the said Private Limited appeared before respondent No.3 and also cooperated vvith the enquiry Thereafter, due to certain personal difficulties'petiiioner was not'in a position to attend respondent No.3 on a particular d.ate specified b,v :! respondent No.3 for which the petitioner has also submitted explanation through e-mail. However, respondent No.3 issued three notices directing petitioner to appear before respondent No.3, which is abuse of process of law. Questioning the same, the present writ petition is filed. tt is further submitted that petitioner is leady to coopcrate with the enquiry.
