In all these writ petitions, the petitioners have questioned the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in nol giving possession of plots to the petitioners as per the awards passed by the District Legal Services Authority, Ranga Reddy District and to dcclare the said awards as illegai, arbitrary and consequently direct respondent Nos.2 and 3 to allot plots to the petitioners with enhanced area as per the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2Oi3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed ol the writ petition urde W.PlNo.l1447 of 2O15 dated 27.Oa.2O24 and the petitioners in all the'present writ petitions are also entitled for the same relief. Copy of the said order is placed on record. l,earned counsel for respondent No. t has not disputed the same.
