The Court rmade the following: ORDER r\ THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NAGESH BHEEMAPAXA trIRIT PETITION No.26965 OF 2O25 ORDER: Petitioner seek a direction to respondents No.2 to 6 to receive the application form and release individual service connection to her property i.e., Plot No.6 L2, in survey Nos. 1 L I 14, I 1/ 15, ll / 16, LIllT and 1ll18, part of Survey No.11, admeasuring 3OO Square yards, situated at Khanamet Village, Rajendr€rnagar Tq, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, TS., udthout being influenced by the instructions of the 7th respondent - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Energr on behalf of Respondent No.1, Sri N. Sreedhar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for TGSPDCL on behalf of Respondents 2 to 6 and Sri G.Madhusudhan Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.7 - Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation.

Ms. Thakur Roopa Singh, learned counsel for petitioner submits that.in somewhat similar circ.umstarices, while dealing with Writ Petition No. 20121 of ZOZS, this Court by order dt.L4.O7.2O25 directed the respondents authorities therein to release the service connection, subject to the compliance of the rL\ statutory iequirements by the petitioner therein, and hence, 2 requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.

4. Recr:ntly, the Honble Supreme Court in Rajendra Kuntar Bartatga o. U.P. Aua.s Etnm Vika,s Porisltadt , in the larger public inlerest, issued directions in addition to the directives issued in Re; Directions tn tle matter of demolition of strucfitres. Relevant lbr the purpose of this case are: "(iv) All the neqessary service con.nections, such as, Eler:tricit5r, water supply, sewerage connection, etc., shall be given by the service provider / Board to the buildings only after the production of the completion / o(tcupation certificate. (v) Even after issuance of completion certificate, deviation / violation if any contrary to the planning permission brought to the notice of the authority imrnediate steps be taken by the said authorit5r corrcerned, in accordance with law, against the builder / owner / occupant; and the oflicial, who is responsible for issuanie of wrongful completion I occ:upation certificate shall be proceedecl departmentally forthwith. (vi) No permission / licence to conduct any business / trade must be given by any authorities including local bo,lies of States /Union Territories in any unauthorised building irrespective of it being resiidential or cornmercial building. Any modification to such zonal plan and usage must be taken by strictly following the rules in place land in consideration of the larger public interest and the impact on the environment".

Since the prayer of petitioner is to receive the application form and release individual service connections, this Court without going into merits of the matter, directs the respondents to receive the applications of petitioner and release individual service connections to the subject property, subject to petitioner complying with the directions issued by the Honble Supreme Court in RaJendra Kumar Bariatga's case (supra) and the statutory requirements prescribed by the local authorities.

6. The Writ Petition is accordingly, disposed of. No costs.
