The petitioners in W.P.Nos.26907,26908 antl 26909 of 2025, and the husband of the petitioner in W.p.No.269l) of2025, had purchased land admeasuring Ac.4-08 guntas in Sy.No.64l7, situated at Kokat Village, Yelal Mandal, Vikarabad D srrict under an unregistered Sale Deed (Sada Bainama) dated 16.02.19g9. The Sada Bainama was regularised vide proceedings No A/377lg9, dated 17.04.1989. ln proof of the same, they have filed a copy of the said Sada Bainama and proceedings dated 17.04.19fi9.

The petitioners have 1iled the present writ petitions contending that they have submitted online applicati:ns bearing Nos.2500021835, 2500021832, 2500021830 and 25000218i7, dated, 04.04.2025, to respondent No.3 with a requesl to make necessary corrections in the Bhu Bharathi portal and issue E-Pattadhar Passbooks in respect of land rclrneasuring \ Il1I.l| -. I '-+b.-= \ \l - \ 2 Ac.1-02 guntas in Sy.No.64l7/AA/3; Ac'1-02 guntas in Sy.No.6411lANZ; Ac-l-02 guntas in Sy'No'64/7/AA/1 and Ac.l-02 guntas in Sy.No.64l7/AA/4, situated at Kokat Vitlage' Yelal Mandal, Vikarabad District.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that although the petitioners in W.P' Nos' 26907, 26908' and 26909 of 2025,andthe husband of the petitioner in W'P' No' 26910 of 2025' had jointly purchased land admeasuring Ac 4-08 guntas in Sy' No' 64lToftheaforesaidvillage,afterregularisation'theyorally partitioned the said property, and each of them got Ac'l-02 guntas'

5. The petitioners have not pleaded about the said oral partition intheirwritaffidavits.ThelandadmeasuringAc.4-08guntasin Sy.No.64l7 is an undivided property purchased by the petitioners under the aforesaid Sada Bhainama' Therefore' the petitioners have to first divide the said property by metes and bounds and then' they have to approach respondent No 3 with a request to reflect the same in the Bhu Bharathi portal and issue E-Pattadar Passbooks' Or else, they can submit a joint online application to respondent No.3 with a request to implement the aforesaid Sada Bhainama and 3 regularization proceedings dated lj .04.1989, and issl e E-l)attadar Passbooks.

6. With the aforesaid observations, these writ tr:titions are disposed of. Thero slull be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, il' any, shall stand closed. Sd/.A.H.S.
