JAGANNADHA RAO The Court made the following: ORDER t HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE LAXMI NARAYANA ALISHETTY WRIT PETITION No.29385 of 2O23 ORDER: This writ petition is filed seeking following relief: "Declaring the action of respondent No.5 for not taking action on the F-line petition rnade by the petitioner dated 26.02-2021 ar,d O4.O7 _2023 requesting to dernarcate the boundaries of petitioner's land as per his docurnent admeasuring Ac O3.OO guntas in survey No.61O/AA of Chinna Mangalaram Village of Moinabad Mandal of Chevella Revenue Division of Ralga Reddy District. "

2. Heard Sri Shiv Shanker Tiwari, iearned counsei for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is owner of land admeasuring Ac.03.00 guntas in survey No.6i0/AA of China Mangalaram ,rillage Jf, Vfoinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same through registered sale deed No.2966 of 2011 and 3544 of 2OI2 from one Sri G. Raghu Goud and others and since then the petitioner is in peaceful possession and enjo5rment of the said lands without any third party interference and he was issued digital pattadar pass books by the respondents. He would submit that respondent No.6 has encroached part of land in survey No.610/AA from northern side by manipulating maps 1 \ 2 and changing boundaries of the petitioner's lancl and the that petitioner lodged a complaint with the police but no action has been takerr. He would further submit that the petrlroner filed an applicatiorr tl-rrough F-Line on 26.O2.2021 for condncting survey and demarcation of petitioner's land and though, survey was conducted no report was given. Therefore, he tiled another applicatiorL through Meeseva ot 28.06.2023, hou'evcr, no survey was condrrcted and aggrieved by the same the present writ petition is [rled.

4. Learned'counsel for respondent No.6 woul,l submit that they have eo objection for survey of land and appropriate orders may be parrsed.

5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits th at let the petitioner submit fresh application through Bhu Bhar rti portal and on such appiication bcipg fi1ed, the responden - No.5 will consider the same and take appropriate steps and prayed to grant reasonable time.

Consridering the submissions made by learn,::d counsei for the petitioner and learned Assistant GovernmerLl- Pleader for Revenue, r.his Court deems it appropriate to dispose of writ petition w: th a direction to the petitioner to h1e appropriate application through Bhu Bharati portal for survey of petitioner's land and cn such application made, the respondcnt No.5 shall consider tLe same and take further steps and shalI complete the 3 survey within a period of two months frorn the date of submission of application by duly giving notice to petitioner, respondent No.6 as well as affected parties.
