When t.he matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioners and respondent Nos.S and 6, who appeared before this court, submitted through \ th.i. counsel that due to intervention of the elders, they entered into compromise and to that effect, learned counsel for the pelitioners filed a memo dated 19.O3.2O25 along with a copy of Memorandum of Understanding executed by petitioners and respondent Nos.S and 6 on t I 1g.o3.2025 before the learned counsel for both the parties and also copies of four demand drafts and five bankers cheques. Since there are matrimonial disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6, they have agreed to withdraw all the cases filed by them before various Forums.
