When t.he matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioners and respondent Nos.S and 6, who appeared before this court, submitted through \ th.i. counsel that due to intervention of the elders, they entered into compromise and to that effect, learned counsel for the pelitioners filed a memo dated 19.O3.2O25 along with a copy of Memorandum of Understanding executed by petitioners and respondent Nos.S and 6 on t I 1g.o3.2025 before the learned counsel for both the parties and also copies of four demand drafts and five bankers cheques. Since there are matrimonial disputes pending between the petitioners and respondent Nos.5 and 6, they have agreed to withdraw all the cases filed by them before various Forums. According to the memorandum of understanding, the lst petitioner has a,- ! 2 Y] CTBB J\ W.P.No.29336 of 2023 received an amount of Rs.80 takhs by way of four demand drafts and five bankers cheques under Receipts dated rg .o3.2o2s in full and final settlement of the entire litigation relating to all the pending cases in various Forums
