Petitioners herein are claiming that late Nail<oti Sathaiah (at Basetti Sathaiah is the absoh-rte osner of thc suit schedule property tn Sy.No.275/Ai/1 an extnt of ac. 1.1B gutnas, and also having passbool< r,irle Kathar No.1163 and also the land in Sy.No.352/A to an extent of Ac.0.34 guntas situated in Ameenpur Village ancl Mar-rdal, Sangareddy District and also having passbook vide [(atha No. 1163 and his name was entered in the revcnue records also. He died on 18.O5.2O 16. The petitioners are the grand-sons and legal heirs of late Naikoti Satl-rzriaLh (rr Basetti Sathaiah.
