'Ihe petitioner herein is claiming that shc is thc absolute owner and possessor of house bearing Plot No.22 t (Westem Pan) and (Eastem Part), admeasuring 100 square yards each in Survey Nos.l l6 to 118 and 136 to 143, situated at Puppalguda Village, Gandipet Mandal, Rangareddy District, on the strength ol registered Salc Deeds bearing document Nos.l465 of 2017 and 3699 ol 2020, dated

21.03.2017 and 12.03.2020, respecti\.ely. She has construct€d house I and is staying in the said house. In proof of the same, she has filed copies of sale deeds, link documents and layout etc. F,ven then, respondent No.4 came to the subject property and tricd to disposscss the petitioner from the subject property without lollowing due procedure laid down under law ' - -*'1 2 - Kt-.J \\ P No 26851 olll]2i \

3. Whereas, leamed Assistant Govemmerrt Pleader lor Revenue has produced written instructions of respondelt No.4 in W.P. No.26812 ol 2025. wherein it is stated that the land Lo an extent of Acs.2.10 guntas in Survey No.146 of Puppalguda Village is Govcmment Land. T'he petitioner's property is in Su.,,cy No.143 of the very same village. Even then, the petitioner tried t,t encroach into the land in Survey No.l46 and also tried to constru,lt a compound wall. Therefbre, the field staff of respondent No 4 resistcd the construction of the said compound wall.

4. In thc light of the aforesaid submissions, thr:rc is a dispute with regard to identification ofproperly. In such an ev:nt, respondent No.4 has to conduct survey and demarcate the land of l\e atbresaid survey numbers. Without following such procedure. rt spondent No.4 cannot dispossess the petitioner from the subject properry,

This writ petition is accordingly disposeJ of directing respondent No.4 to conduct survey and demarcate the iand in Survey Nos. 146 of Puppalguda Village and the land belrnging to the pctitioner in Survey No.143 of the very same villagc. strictly in accor&nsp with law by putting the petitioner, all interested pa(ies on notice and allording t-hem an opportunity. If the subjecr propcrty falls xt..J $ P No l68il ol 2015 within Survey No.'146, tiberty is granted to respondent No.4 to take action against the petitioncr hercin in accordance with law. I'ill the said exercise is completed. respondent No.4 is dirccled not to dispossess the petitioner from the subjcct land.
