This Writ Petition is filed under Articl e 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the foliowing relief: n... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT of MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner from the date of completion of 5 years of service i.e., 01.08.1987 to 30.OZ.lgg2, but the respondents authorities regular2ed the petitioner services w.e.f 06.04.20|Z, vide proceedings in Rc.No.C1l406/2/2017 dated .O2.O4.2O17, issued by the 5ft respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonabls ald violation of principles of natural justice and apart from violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of completion of S years of service i.e.. on O1.08.1987 to 3O.OT.1992. for the purpose of pension and pensionary benehts and all other consequential benefrts and to pass..."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initiaily appointed on NMR basis on 0i.08.1987, at Manuguru Municipality. Thereafter, his services were regularized vide Rc.No.C 1 I 406l I /2017, dated O2.O4-2O17 , with prospective effect. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 24.01.2025, with a request to regularize his services from 25.11.1993, for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits. He further relied upon the judgment of the Hon'bie Supreme Court in B. Srinivasulu us. Nellore Municipal Corporation in Civil Appeal No.6318 of 2015 dated 17.O8.2015. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court to direct respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a st ipulated period ol time.

Learned Government Pleader and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that since the representation of petitioner is pending before the respondents and respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.O1.2025, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law.
6. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents to 3 PK,J wp26775_2025 consider the representation, dated 24.OL2O25, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order arrd communicate a copy thereof to the petitioners.
