This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliel "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus detlaring thl action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner from the date of completion of 5 years of service i.e., 04.O4.]9a6 to 03.04.1991, but the respondents authorities regularized the petitioner services w.e.t 18.12.2009, vide proceedingJ in Rc. No.C1/24O/2006 dated La.t2.2OOg, issued bv the 66 respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, ,r."."o.ribl" and violation of principles of natural justice and apart from violation of Article 14 of the Constitution of India and consequentiy direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of completion of 5 years of service i.e.. on 04.O4.J9a6 to 03.O4.1991 for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits and a_ll other consequential benelits and to pass..."

4. Le arned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on NMR basis on 04.O4.1986.at Manuguru Municipality. He was subsequently transferred to Sathupaliy Municipality and thereafter to Khammam Municipality. While he was serwing at Khammam Municipality, his services were regrrlarized vide Rc.No.Cll24Ol2006, dated 18.12.2O09, with prospective effect. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 24.O1.2025, with a request to regularize his services from 25.11.1993, for Lhe purpose of pension and pensionary benefits. He further relied upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in B. Srinivasulu us. Nellore Municipal Corporation in Civil Appeal No.6318 of 2015 dated 17.08.2O15. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court to direct respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated period of time.

Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondents to consider the representation, dated 24.OL.2025, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with iaw, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy thereof to the petitioners.
