4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially appointed on NMR basis on 01.O8.19g7, at Manuguru Municipality. Thereafter, his services were regularized vide Rc.No.C1 /406/2/2OtZ, dated O2.O4.2017, wrth prospective effect. Therefore, the petitioner made a representation to the respondents on 24.01.2025, w.ith a request to reguiarize his services from 25.11.1993, for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits. He further relied upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in B. Srinivasulu us. Corporation in Civil Appeal No.63 1g of 20 15 dated 17.08.2O15. Therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court to direct respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a stipulated period of time.
