This Writ petition is hled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief: ". .. to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ ol Maldamus declaring the action of the respondents in not regularizing the services of the petitioner from the date of completion"of 5 years of service i.e., 20.tO.IgB7 to tg.iO.tgg2, but the respondents authorities regularized the petitioner services w.e.f 21.12.2OO9, vide proceedings in Rc.No.C11240 /2006 dated tB.t2.2OOg, issued bylhe 5tn respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violation of principles of natural justice and apart from violation of Article 14 of the Coistitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner from the date of coripletion of 5 years of service i.e., on 20.lO.l9g7 to 19.LO.1992, for the purpose of pension and pensionary benehts and all other consequential benefits and to pass...,,
3. Heard Sri Ch. Satish Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government pleader for Services_I for respondent Nos.l, 3 and 4, learned Government pleader for Services-lll for respondent No.2 and Sri Ramesh Chilla, learned Standing Counsel for Municipalities appearing for respondent Nos.S and 6 2 PK,J Wp 26772 2025 .i: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the 4. petitioner was initially appointed on NMR basis on 20'1O L9B7 ' at Manuguru Municipality. Thereafter, his services were regularized vide Rc.No.Cll24Ol2006, dated 1a.L2 2OO9, with prospective effect. Therefore, thc petitioner macie a representation to the respondents on 24.01.2025, with a request to regularize his services from 25.11.1993, for the purpose of pension and pensionary benefits. He further relied upon the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in B. Srinivasulu us Nellore Municipal Corporation in Civil Appeal No.6318 of 2O 15 dated 17 08 2015' Therefore, iearned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court to direct respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a st ipulated period of time.

Learned Government Pleader and learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondents submits that since the represenLation of petitioner is pending before the respondents and respondents will consider the reprcsentation of the petitioner dated 24 OI '2025, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law'

Having regard to the submissions lnade by iearned counsel lor the respective parties and without going into the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is dispcsed of directing respondents to 3 PK,J Wp-26772_2025 consider the representation, dated 24.O1 .2025, submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate a copy thereof Lo the petitioners.
