Brief facts statecl iu this writ petition are that pctitioners are seuior citizcns suffcring from various health conditions, rcsiding at I'lot No-2(J3, Jasmine n par-tments, neal Swiss Castlc Bakery, Narsinghi, I l-r'clerabacl.
