2. Since the point involved in all these criminal revision cases is identical and the parties are also one and the same, all these criminal revision cases €rre disposed of by way of the present common order.

3. In all these matters this Court heard Sri S.Rama Mohan Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, Sri T. Srikanth Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent No.I and Sri E.Ganesh, learned assistant public prosecutor for the State.

3. During the course of proceedings applications in IA No.l of 2025 alorrg with joint memo of terms of compromise and letter dated 16.12-2c/24 addressed by M/s.Kaveri Seed Company Limited to Sri T. Srikarrth Reddy, their learned counsel in all tJle matters are hled praying the Court to record the terms of compromise stating that the issue between M/s-Kaveri Secd comparry Limited and M/s.Divya Enterprises has been settled amicably out of Court and they were instmcted not to press t}le matter-

In pursuance of the orders of this Court dated 08.01.2025, the parties along with their respective counsel have appeared before the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Cornrrdttee, who upon identi$ring the parties, subrnitted report Page 3 of3 dated lO.Ol.2O25 stating that the parties, without any coercion, have expressed their willingness to settle the matter amicably'

5. In view of tJle above submissions arrd the report, stated supra, this Court is inclined to record ttre compromise by allowing the present applications.
