Learned counsei for the petitioner submit r that the petitioner is working as Archakulu since 12.O3.199C, and as per the rules issued in G.O.Ms.No.261, Revenue (Endts.I) . )epartment, dated 20.O5.2OO2 and G.O.Ms.No.888, Revenrr : (Endts.l) Department, dated 08.12.200O, he is eligible and r ualified for promotion to the post of Mukhya Archaka. Thereforr: he made a representation to the respondent No.2 on 29.O9.2024 c rquesting to consider his case for promotion to the post of Mukhya I rchaka and further learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indnle :nce of this court to direct respondents to consider the representa:: rn made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within L period of stipulated period of time.
