When the matter is taken up for ht aring, iearned counsel for the petitioner submit that the 1il raised in the present Writ Petition has already been adju,licated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.23 138 rf 2025, which was disposed of uide order dated 03.09.2025, and thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also.
4. The above made submission is not serioursl]- disputed by the other side.
5. Having regard to the above made submir,srons and for the reasons a,like in the order dated 03.09.2025 passed by the Division Bench in W.P. No.23138 of 2025, the present Writ 2 PK,J wp-2E3A9 2025 \---.1 Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to ensure - that the entire amount payable to the petitioner be released forthwith within a period of six (06) weeks from today, failing which, the entire amount with regard to retiral benefits shall carry interest at the rate of IOoh per annum from the date the arnount fell due till it is actuaily paid.
