I have heard Mr. Aziz Hussain, learned counsel, representing Mr.Ahmed Ehtesham Kawkab, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Laxmikanth Reddy, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.l to 5 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, upon consideration of the available material, this Court, by order dated

19.09.2016, granted an interim direction restraining the respondents from interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 and 7. lt is pleaded that the said interim order has effectively redressed the grievance of the petitioner, and therefore, making the order absolute would serve the ends of justice. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, while asserting that the respondents have at no point interfered in the civil dispute between the petitioner and respondent Nos.6 and 7, nevertheless no specific objection reported to the petitioner's prayer for making the interim order absolute. I have perused the materials on record.

5. 6. Having regard to the submissions advanced, and in view of the fact that the grievance of the petitioner already stands effectively redressed by virtue of the interim order dated

19.09.2016, this Court considers it just and proper to make the said interim order absolute. Ordered accordingly. 7. With this direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
