With their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

Brief facts stated in this n rit petition are that petitioners' are husband and wife and claims to be the owner and possessor of Flat No.204, Baclam Enclave, Huda Complex, Kothapet, Saroornagar, Hyderabad, having purchased thc same with their self earncd income, through registered sale deed date d 03.72.2003 and since then they were in peaceful possession of the subject property. [t is further submitted that in the month of May 2078, petitioners' solemnized the marriage of their son with respondent N<1.4 and thereafter, petitioners' son and respondent No.4-daughter-in-law, moved to United Stated of America and they were blessed with one male child. Later, some disputes arose betwecn petitioners' son and respondent No.4 and in the montlr of August 2023, rcspondent No.4 was sent to her parental home at Yelarnanchili. Thc case of the petitioners is that in the month of October,2024, t 2 respondent No'4 parents brought her and left her at petitioners' house a.d since then the petitioners are extending all services and are bearing expenses of respondent No.4 and their grand son. tt is further submitted that respondent No'4 is unkind, cruel and has vicious behaviour and since october 2024, the respondent No.4 is harassing the petitioners mentally and physically. Petitionerc u"iag senior citizens, having blood pressure, sugar and heart problem were serving and bearing expenses of the respondent No.4, inspite of the same, respondent No.4 is trying to dispossess the petitioners from the subject house. Hence, the petitiorlers on 2l.Ol.2025lodged complaint before respondent No.3 and requested to disposess respondent No.4 from their house, enabling them to live their life peacefully. However, respondent No.3, without registering the case, disposerl the petitioners, compraint under counselling- Aggrieved by the sarne, this writ petition is filed.

Learned Assistant Governrnent pleader for Home appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 placed on record instructions issued by Sub-lnspector of Police, Saroornagar Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate, Wherein it is stated on petitioners' complaint dated zg.0g.2o2s, petition entry was made and during the course of enquirv, it was revealed that the dispute between parties is family dispute and respondent No.3 suggested the parties to approach competent Court for redressal and on 30.08.2025, the petitioners, complaint dated 28-08.202s was closed as 'Family Dispute, and the same was communicated to the petitioners through petition Management system. 5' Recording the submissions made by learned counsel appearing on either side, without expressing any opinion on the rncrits of the case ancl since the I\ 3 petitioners' complaints dated 28.08.2025 is closed as 'Family Dispute', this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to petitioners to seek appropriate remedy as available under law. 6- Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
