When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the issue raised in this Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.S41 of 2025, dated 17.O2.2O25 and therefore, the same order may be passed in this writ petition as well. SREENTVAS RAO NN ORDER: The grievance of, the petitioners is that the petitioners ; submitted an application/representation dated 23--OI-2ODA under Section 3G(5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 (hereinafter referred to as "the Act, 1956") requesting respondent No.3 to refer the same to respondent No.2 on the ground that responden! No.3 passed an award No.Al25Ol22, dated 1I.03.2024, by. granting meager compensation, and the petitioners are eltiqed to s( enhancement of compensation in respect of the subject property acquired by the respondent authorities. tn spite of repeated requests made by the petitioners, the respondents have not taken any steps. The same is contrary to the provisions of the Act.

3. With the .consent of the learned counsel, for.the parties, the present rvrit petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

4. Le'arned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have submitted an application/representation dated

23.o9.2024 invoking the provisions of Section 3G (5) of the Act, 1956, rrot satisfied with the compensation determined by respondent No.3 in the award dated 11.03.2024, seeking a referenc,e to respondent Nos.2 and 3, and the said application/representation is pending before respondent No. 3 .

5. . Lr:arned Assistant Government Pleader ftlr Revenue, basing upon the oral instructions given by respondent No.3, namely the Revenue Divisional officer, Ko[[apur. NagarkurnooI District, submits that the respondents have already referred the application/representation dated 23.09.2024 sr-rbrnitred by the petitioner to respondent No.2 and respondenr No.2 wiil pass appropr:iate orders in aqcordance with law after issuing notice to the pet:rtioners and any other affected parties as per the provisions of the z\ct, and requested this Court to grant reasonable time. 3
