3. learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have submitted an application / representati()rr dt.30.05.202S invoking the provisions of Section 3G(5) of th r Act, 1956, not satished with the compensation determined by tJt : 3.a respondent 2 -\ in the award dt.05.O9.2O23, seeking initiation of arbitration proceedings, and the said application is pending with respondent Nos.2 to 4.

4. karned counsel for the petitioners further submits that ttre issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this in WP.No.S41 of 2025, dt.17.O2.2O25, and prays the Court to pass similar order in this Writ Petition.

Keeping in view of the order passed in WP.No.541 of 2025, dt.17.O2.2O25, and since the petitioners are similarly placed, this Court directs the respondents to consider the application/representation, dt.30.05.2025, submitted by the petitioners invoking the provisions under Section 3G(5) of the National High Ways Act, 1956, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of four (O4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioners and any other affected parties.
