According to the petitioner, his father, late Syed Abdul K-hader has purchased land admeasuring Ac.2-00 guntas in Sy.No'9/l, situated at Ward No.1l, Btock No.14, Haripuri Colony, Saroornagar Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, under a registered Sale Deed bearing Document No.3255 of 1981, dated 30.12.1981. He died in the vear 20 t 4. Thereafter, the petitioner succeeded the said property.

A perusal of the record would reveal that one Sri Aadepu Yadav Reddy has submitted a representation to respondent No.2 with a request to delete his property in Sy.No.9/l of Saroomagar Village and Mandal from the list of prohibited properties. On receip of the said request, respondent No.2 sought a report from respondent No.4, who, in tum, sought a report from the Mandal Giridawar, Saroomagar Mandal. The Mandal Gindawar has submitted a report stating that the land in Survey No. 9/l is vacant and in possession of the said Yadav Reddy. The report further states that the extent of land does not fall under Inam, Wakf, 2 Bhoodan, Endowment, Ceiling, Faisal Patti, or Govt mment land in terms of Section 22 of the Registration Act. There is nr Kunta, Nala, or Shikam itr or around the said land. and it does not fall ,r thin ttre FTL or buffer zone of any water bodies and there is no Go z mment interest over the said land.
4. On consideration of the said report, respon lent No.3 has submitted a report dated 29.12.2023 to respondent rlo.2. He has specifically mentioned the details of the entire e).t )nt of land in Sy.No.9/l of Saroomagar Village. 'lhe petitioner is s : king to declare the inaction of respondent Nos.2 to 4 in not considerinll ie proceedings datd,29.12.2023, and in not rnutating rhe name of th petitioner and issuing new passbooks and title deeds in respect J' the aforesaid property.
5. [t is relevant to note rhat the petitioner had fitert W.P.No.24l86 of 2025, seeking to declare the inaction of rcspondent I,l )s. 2 to 4 in not considering Bhu Bharati Apptication No. 25000u1552 cz ed26.07.2025, in respect of the subject land, along with the repre ientation dated

6. Vide order dated 18.06.2025, this Court dismissed tbe said writ petition, granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his rem€dies as available under law. This Court placed reliance on Section 3(7) of the Bhu Bharathi Act, 2025, and considered the fact that th€ subject property is an urban property. lnstead of availing tbe remedies under the law, the petitioner filed the present writ petition seeking to implement the proceedings datet 29.12.2023 and to issue an E-Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed. Therefore, the petitioner is not entitled to any relief, much less the relief sought in the present writ petition, and the same is liable to be dismissed. 7 . Accordingty, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
