2. Thc petitioner herein has filed an application dated
22.07.2025 with 4th respondent with a rcclucst to firrnish certified copy of the proceedings / order lor change ol nature ol land flom patta to Laoni patta in respect of the land in S1,.No. I0 situated at Ameerpet Village, Maheshwaram Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said application, 4tr' respondent did not consider the said request nrade by t[.re petitioner. Agglieved by the said inaction of 4'h respondent. petitioher filed the present writ petition.
3. Whereas, learned Asst. Govt. Pleadcr fbr Assignment, on instructions, would submit that 4tl'respondent rvill consider the said representation dated 22.07.2005 submitted by the petitioner and dispose it off in accordance with law.

In the light of the aforesaid provisions of the Act and Rules, this writ petition is disposed of directing 41h rcspondent to consider and dispose of representation dated 22.07.202.5 submitted by the petitioner seeking certified copy ofthe aforesaid proceedings / order. If 4'r' respondent is not inclined to accept the request rnade by the petitioner, he shall pass a reasoned order and conrmunicate a copy of the said order to the petitioner. However, he shall courpletc the said exercise within 30 days from the date of receipt ol a copv ol- the said order.
