The learned counsel for the petitioner is no more. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the learned Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopeta, in not disposing of unnumbered I.A. (C.F.R.No.6906 of 2008) in O.S.No.400 of 2007 filed under Sections 94, 35(A) and 151 of CPC. I am of the opinion that if the said unnumbered I.A., is not disposed of, the same may be disposed of in accordance with law. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Prv __________ 24-06-2011
