These writ petitions have been liled by the petitioners seeking a direction to the respondents to permit them to register online, exercise web option and participate in the 2 counselling process for admission into MBBS/BDS course under Management Quota .B" category and "C'/NRI category for the academic year 2025-2026 in the ongoing or next Phase of counselling'
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that inadvertently the petitioners could not register fcr' admission under Management Quota "B" category and "C"i NRi category. Therefore, the University is not permitting the petitioners to seek admission under the said categories. They further submit that the petitioners be granted liberty to submit a representation to the University with regard to their grievance and the University be directed to decide the said representation in a time bound malrner
5. Learned Standing Counsel for the University fairlv submits that in case the petitioners submit a representation with regard to their grievance' the same shall be dealt with by the University in accordance with \ I law. -J I I I I I I I t . I l I I i t .-.-.-. -.+ -. -.1 l I 3

In view of the aforesaid submission and in the peculiar facts of the case, the Writ petitions are disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to submit a representation before the University with regard to. their grievance. Needless to state that in case such a representation is made, the University shall decide the same within a period of two days thereafter. It is made clear that this Court has not exprcssed any opinion on the merits of the case. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
